2) Services
We provide digital services including (but not limited to) web hosting, domain registration/transfer/renewal, SSL, and related website services. Unless stated otherwise, services are delivered digitally—no physical shipping.
3) Eligibility & Accounts
- You must be legally capable of entering into contracts.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
- Information you provide (including domain registrant data) must be true, accurate, and kept up-to-date.
4) Orders, Activation & Delivery
- Orders are typically provisioned immediately after payment confirmation (hosting/control-panel access; domain operations submitted to the registry).
- We may refuse or cancel an order (e.g., suspected fraud, policy violations); in such cases any payment captured will be refunded.
5) Pricing, Taxes, Billing & Auto-Renewals
- Prices are shown in EUR and may be listed incl./excl. VAT—the page will specify which. If VAT applies, it is added at checkout based on your status and location.
- Many services (hosting, domains) are subscription-based with auto-renewal by default to prevent interruption. You can disable auto-renewal in your account at any time before the renewal date.
- You authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge the listed amounts on the applicable billing cycle until you cancel.
6) Domains – Special Terms
- Once a domain registration/renewal/transfer is submitted to the registry, fees are generally non-refundable.
- You must ensure accurate WHOIS/contact data and comply with applicable registry, registrar, and ICANN policies.
- Failure to renew on time may lead to suspension, deletion, or redemption fees charged by registries.
- You are solely responsible for trademark clearance and lawful use of any registered domain.
7) Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
You agree not to use our services to:
- send spam, run unsolicited bulk email lists, or operate abusive mailing practices;
- host or distribute malware, phishing, proxy/VPN abuse, or conduct DDoS/port-scanning;
- publish illegal content or infringe intellectual-property rights;
- engage in activities that could disrupt or overload our infrastructure or other customers.
We may suspend or terminate services for AUP violations, security issues, or legal requests.
8) Support & Service Levels
- Standard support hours: Mon–Fri, 09:00–18:00 CET/CEST via email and ticket.
- We aim to resolve incidents promptly but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
9) Refunds, Cancellations & Chargebacks
- See our Refund & Delivery Policy for full details (domains, hosting money-back window, exclusions, and process).
- If you dispute a payment via chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we may suspend services and charge reasonable administrative fees.
10) Intellectual Property
- Site content, brand assets, and service tooling are owned by us or our licensors.
- Your content remains yours; you grant us the rights necessary to host, transmit, and back it up for the purpose of providing services.
11) Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, loss of profits, data, or business interruption.
- Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid to us for the affected service in the 12 months preceding the event.
12) Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your content, your use of the services, and any breach of these Terms or the AUP.
13) Consumer Information (EU/EEA)
If you are a consumer, you may have statutory rights, including a 14-day withdrawal right for distance contracts. Exceptions apply to digital services once performance begins with your express consent—see Refund & Delivery Policy.
14) Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date appears at the top. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
15) Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Courts of Estonia (Tallinn) have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
16) Complaints & Contact
We aim to resolve complaints quickly—contact [email protected].
EU consumers can also use the ODR platform (online dispute resolution).
