1) Scope
This policy applies to purchases made directly from Veebis Europe OÜ via veebis.eu or our billing portal.
2) Delivery (Digital Services)
- No physical shipping. Services are delivered digitally.
- Hosting & Control Panel Access: Provisioned after payment confirmation (usually immediate or within 10 minutes).
- Domains: Registrations, renewals, and transfers are submitted to the relevant registry after payment confirmation. Processing times can vary by TLD/registry.
3) Refunds — Summary
- Domains (registration, transfer, renewal): Non-refundable once submitted to the registry (industry standard). Redemption/restore fees (if any) are non-refundable.
- Hosting (first purchase): 14-day money-back guarantee from activation. Excludes domain fees, third-party licenses, migrations, one-time setup/custom work, usage overages, abuse cases.
- Hosting renewals: Refunds are generally not provided after the renewal date; please cancel auto-renew in advance.
- Add-ons/Software Licenses/SSL: Non-refundable after activation/issuance.
- Bundles: If a bundle includes a non-refundable component (e.g., domain), only the refundable component may be considered.
EU consumers & 14-day right of withdrawal:
For digital services, you agree that performance may begin before the 14-day period ends, and once we start providing the service with your express consent, the withdrawal right no longer applies. If you do not want immediate activation, contact us before payment.
4) How to Request a Refund
- Email [email protected] with your Order ID, service name, and reason.
- If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within [5–10 business days] (bank/processor timelines vary).
- We may ask for additional information to verify identity and the transaction.
5) Chargebacks & Disputes
Please contact us first—we resolve most issues quickly. Unwarranted chargebacks may lead to service suspension and administrative fees.
6) Cancellations
- You can cancel auto-renewal at any time in your account.
- Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund. See sections above for refund eligibility.
